Health coverage deadlines

Health coverage deadlines for January 1

Our benefits partners have set these dates for coverage starting January 1, 2027.

November 13: Initial documents due. The completed Build Document and Employer Onboarding Form, clean and complete. November 13 to 20: Enrollment systems built, 5 to 7 business days after documents arrive. November 23 to December 7: Open enrollment, once your system is built and tested. November 30: Remaining employer documents due, including carrier applications and agreements. December 7: Open enrollment closes, so employees receive member ID cards before January 1. January 1: Coverage effective, with member ID cards in hand.

If open enrollment runs past December 7, coverage on January 1 is not guaranteed. If initial documents arrive after December 7, the effective date may move to February 1, which could leave the group without coverage for January. Documents sent before November 13 move these dates earlier.

Our mission

DNFA promotes and protects the shared franchise interests of member franchisees within the Dunkin system by supporting sustainable growth, profitability, and long term viability.

What membership does

Built around what members need most.

Advocacy with one voice

We bring member franchisees together so shared concerns reach the people who make decisions, as one voice instead of many.

The healthcare pathway

Membership is the path to the group health plan that takes over when distribution center coverage ends, so members can plan their teams’ coverage ahead of time.

Fair dues

Dues scale simply with store count, and a cap keeps Dunkin dues fair as a network grows.

How membership works

Three steps, plainly.

  1. 1

    Register with your Anchor PC

Start with your Anchor Profit Center number and your contact details.

  2. 2

    List your stores

Add your Dunkin stores and CMLs with their six digit PC numbers.

  3. 3

    Sign, pay, and you’re in

Review your dues total, sign, and pay on the site by bank transfer. A printable copy is ready right away.

Ready to bring your stores in.

Registration takes about ten minutes. Have your Anchor PC and your store list handy.
