A1.1D’ National Franchisee Association (“DNFA” or the “Association”) is an independent franchisee association established to represent, support, and promote the interests of its members.

A1.2This website provides general information about DNFA, membership, programs and benefits. DNFA seeks to keep information accurate but does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, availability or continued applicability. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, employment or other professional advice.

A2.1Membership is governed by DNFA’s bylaws, eligibility requirements, membership terms and applicable agreements. DNFA may offer or facilitate access to programs through independent providers. Membership does not guarantee eligibility for, enrollment in, or continued availability of any program or benefit. DNFA may change or discontinue programs subject to law and applicable contractual obligations.

A3.1Third party brokers, carriers, administrators, vendors and other service providers are responsible for their own products, services, representations and contractual obligations, except to the extent DNFA expressly agrees otherwise. DNFA does not guarantee their pricing, performance, results or availability. Members should review the provider’s applicable terms and agreements.

A4.1DNFA facilitates access to information about healthcare insurance options through independent, authorized insurance professionals. DNFA is not an insurance carrier or licensed insurance broker and does not itself underwrite coverage, set premiums, approve enrollment, adjudicate claims or make coverage determinations.

A4.2Eligibility, enrollment, premiums, benefits, provider networks, exclusions, limitations and claims are determined under the applicable insurance policies, plan documents and governing law by the responsible carrier, administrator or other authorized party. DNFA membership does not guarantee insurance eligibility, enrollment, specific rates, coverage, claim payment or continued plan availability.

A4.3Members must review official insurance and plan documents before selecting or enrolling in Health Care coverage. If website information conflicts with those documents, the governing insurance and plan documents control, subject to applicable law. The DNFA is not responsible for any agreement/s entered by any Member of the Association with any broker or insurance Health Care company or professionals.

A4.4DNFA’s role and responsibilities, if any, are governed by applicable law and its agreements with the relevant broker, carrier, administrator and other parties. Nothing in this disclaimer changes those obligations.

A5.1DNFA is not owned, operated or controlled by Dunkin, Inspire Brands or their affiliates. References to third party brands, companies or insurance providers do not imply their endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated. Third party marks remain the property of their owners.

A6.1To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DNFA and its directors, officers, employees, agents and authorized representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on this website, participation in independent third party programs, changes to those programs, third party acts or omissions, or website interruptions or inaccuracies.

A6.2DNFA does not assume the contractual obligations of independent third parties unless it expressly agrees to do so in writing. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

A7.1DNFA may update website information, programs and this disclaimer, subject to applicable law and agreements. Material changes will be communicated when legally required. Additional affirmative acceptance may be requested for specific services.

A7.2Using this website constitutes notice of these disclosures; where affirmative agreement is legally required, DNFA will obtain it through a separate acceptance mechanism.
